PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon your request, we will develop a specific price offer in accordance to the date, country, distance, time and amount of goods etc. for all types of transportation.
In general, we perform international transport under following terms and conditions:
The prices in the submitted price offer, unless specified otherwise, are so called ALL IN prices, including all fees (the transportation itself, transportation permissions, toll fees, etc.) The price does not include waiting / delay caused by the customer. The time intended for loading of goods and customs clearance mustn’t exceed 12,00 hours from the arrival of the vehicle. Should the defined time be extended, we invoice a fee amounting to 200,- EUR for each day of delay of the vehicle as well as for each commenced day. This condition applies also to our party, should the vehicle not arrive in the agreed time.
Should you be interested, we will perform the transport under the above terms and conditions on the basis of your written order (sent no later than one week in advance), which shall include:
The exact address of goods the loading place
The exact address of the goods unloading place
The date of loading and unloading of the goods
Specification of the goods, the amount or code of the goods (if the type and amount of the goods are not precisely specified, the driver will not be capable to verify whether all goods from the supplier have been assumed)
Contact persons, that should be contacted at the place of loading / unloading, possibly telephone contact
Other terms and conditions proposed on your part (condition, whether the goods have to be transported under CARNET etc.)
The agreed price for transportation
Approval with the advance payment for the first transportation and approval of 14-day maturity period with the following transportations.
Approval of contractual fee amounting to 1% of the total price invoiced for the transportation, for each day of delay of the payment in the event of breach of the invoice’s maturity period
The above listed terms and conditions are valid and binding for all following transportations.
In the event of regularly repeated transports, we offer you the option to conclude an long-term contractual relation that can make the organisation of the transportation activities more effective for both parties.
